GENERAL INFORMATION

Airport Transfers

Arrival transfers – these are your responsibility.  Napier Conference Centre is approx 20 minutes from the airport – taxis are available.

Insurance

Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the Forum.  RIMS and the administrators are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.  The Organising Committee, RIMS, Napier Conference Centre and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for death or illness, or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the Forum, whatever the cause.  Registration will indicate an acceptance of these conditions by the delegate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.  After 19 February 2020 refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee after the Forum.  No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure whatever the cause.  Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty.  Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Forum.

Where: Napier Conference Centre (onsite)
Includes: Wine tasting, food and some beverages (thereafter cash bar)
